Terms of Service + Policies

At Brows N’ Beauty Lounge, our goal is to provide a calm, professional, and empowering experience for every guest. These policies are designed to protect both your time and ours, while keeping our environment positive and efficient.

Cards on file: 

A valid card on file is required for all services. This allows for a seamless checkout process and helps us uphold our cancellation and rescheduling policies fairly. Your card will only be charged according to the terms outlined below — we do not store card data outside of our secure booking system.

 

 Deposits:

 A 25% non-refundable deposit is required only for services that reserve extended time, such as lash extensions, facials, or chemical services.

 

This deposit goes toward your service total and guarantees your reserved time with your artist.

If you need to reschedule and provide appropriate notice, your deposit will transfer to the new appointment.
If a late cancellation or no-show occurs, the deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling and Cancelations:

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are considered late and result in the loss of the deposit (if applicable).

  • No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to prepay for future services.
    We offer one annual courtesy reschedule for unexpected circumstances, as long as you contact us in advance.

In Salon Rescheduling:

Guests with a reliable booking history may reschedule in person without a new deposit, as long as we have a card on file.
New or infrequent guests will be asked to place a deposit at the time of booking.

Tardiness:

Please arrive on time to ensure the full service experience.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond that may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, and deposits (if applicable) will not be refunded.

 

Child Policy:

We are a child-friendly salon, but to ensure a safe and distraction-free environment, we recommend attending appointments without little ones when possible — it helps you and your provider focus fully on the service.

If a child does accompany you:

  • They must remain in the treatment room with you at all times.

  • If behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive to themselves, you, the professional, or others, the service may be stopped for safety — and the full service charge will still apply.

  • We are not responsible for supervising children during appointments.

If you need to bring a child, we’ll have you fill out a brief Child Presence Agreement Form before your service to ensure clear understanding of this policy.

Service Redo Policy:

We always want you to leave loving your results.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please reach out within 48 hours so we can properly assess the concern.

We will make it right within 7 business days, by redoing or adjusting the service with the same professional, under the supervision of a mentor when necessary.
Please note that refunds are not offered for services.

Product Return Policy:

We accept product returns within 14 days of purchase if the product was:

  • Damaged,

  • The wrong shade, or

  • Simply not right for you.

While refunds are not offered, you may:

  • Exchange for another product of equal value, or

  • Receive store credit to use toward products or services.

Liability (Brows N Beauty Lounge LLC): is not liable for any personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises. We are also not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries sustained as a result of our services. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to receiving service.

 

Changes to Terms of Service: We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.
