Welcome to Brows N' Beauty Lounge LLC. These are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Services: Brows N' Beauty Lounge LLC offers a variety of beauty services, including but not limited to waxing, use of perm solutions for lashes and brows, lash extensions, skincare, and makeup application. All services are performed by licensed professionals with the utmost care and professionalism.

Appointments: Appointments and Cancellations Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Payments and Refunds: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued, except in the case of unsatisfactory service. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Liability (Brows N Beauty Lounge LLC): is not liable for any personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises. We are also not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries sustained as a result of our services. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to receiving service.

Changes to Terms of Service: We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.
