What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Welcome to Brows N’ Beauty Lounge — we can’t wait to pamper you!
We’re located at 149 Emerald St, Keene NH. If Google sends you to the wrong side of the building, just drive or walk around either side — you’ll spot our windows with plenty of pretty signage.

Parking is usually easy, but if it’s busy, use the spaces near Little Zoe’s Pizza. If you need a closer spot or extra help getting inside, just let us know before your appointment.

You may also be asked to complete a quick form upon arrival to help us keep you safe during your service. When you arrive, you’ll find a cozy pink waiting room, girly pop music, sweet snacks, and complimentary coffee + tea while your pro gets ready for you. 💖
The Consultation
Before your service begins, your professional will review your form (if applicable) and chat with you about your goals and expectations.

Bringing kids? While we’re child-friendly, we recommend coming solo for the best experience. If needed, children are welcome with a safety release form completed at your visit. 💕

Be open about your lifestyle, habits, products, and routines — this helps us tailor your service for the best long-term results. Based on your consultation, your pro may suggest adjustments or add-ons. Before you leave, they’ll share a simple plan for maintaining your results and may recommend products to help at home.
